Captain (ORSEM) Nikouïko Vitali began his career in the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic as an officer in the Department of International Relations and Military Cooperation. A first period he evoluted in the field of international military cooperation as a interpreter. Transferred to the Section for External Relations, the most important section of the department, he took part in drafting international agreements between the Kyrgyz armed forces and the armies of several countries such as USA, France, Great Britain, China, India etc.
Beyond international relations and military cooperation of the Kyrgyz armed forces in general, he is particularly experienced in the organization of visits of official foreign delegations and in escort missions for VIP visiting Kyrgyz Republic as well as in accompanying senior military Kyrgyz officials abroad.
In his last appointment as Head of the section responsible for designing and monitoring the international education programs, he was responsible for organizing and monitoring training to be carried out by Kyrgyz officers and NCOs in military training facilities of other countries and partners.
He has himself benefited from several courses and training at the international level, among other courses at French Training Center at Rochefort (2000/2003) and the Foreign Language Institute of San Antonio, Texas , USA (2004).
After his departure from active service in 2006 and until 2008, he worked as coordinator of security within the University of Central Asia in Bishkek.
Since February 2008 he is deputy adviser to the international Department of operational mobile intervention groups of the Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic for fighting against drug traffic, located in the city of Osh.
