The International Alliance of Military for Peace in Security is an open and constructive network which promotes an worldwide information exchange and debate, with the ambition to develop relations between the "representatives of the armed forces" and "civil society" to bring them out of contradictory stereotypes.
Based on the experience and persuaded that their intellectual, technical and human capital as well as their profound expertise in matters of war and peace must be made available for a new dialogue between the military and civilians, some officers, academics and politically committed citizens from different countries and some civil society organizations have engaged in the construction of this international network in the perspective of creating a space dedicated to military questions as well as security and stability policy in the frame of a responsible, pluralistic and united world community.
