Within this network, initiated by CiDAN and sponsored by the Charles Léopold Mayer Foundation, politicians, military, academics and other representatees of diverse institutions from several european countries proceed to regular information exchange and meetings.
The objective is to enable the networkers to reflect on issues of European Security and Defence as well as on possibilities to promote a "European Defense Consciousness" with the citizens of the EU countries.
